  1. The quote you selected by John Hagel speaks to me. Our world is constantly evolving parents are not like those of the past and children are not either. Those designs which worked back then do not hold to the way people operate today. Looking at technology today we can see the fast forward efforts which have been achieved. Children no longer play stick ball outside until the street lights come on and mom calls them for dinner. They have evolved into a more advance entity, we can no longer treat them as though a drawing on a cave wall is all they need.
